Piece 41014 Folio 58 - Chancery St, Chadderton, Oldham, Lancs. Edward (known as BUNNING while with his apparent parents) seems to have adopted the name "Edward STUART" from the time of his marriage. That this is the same person, appears to be borne out by the eventual use of the name "G(eorge) H(arold) Stuart Bunning" by his son by the time of Samuel Theodore BUNNING's death in 1928 (when he was chief mourner) - see obituary of Samuel T Bunning in Beeston Gazette & Echo, dated 14 April 1928.

Interestingly, there is a death of an Edward BUNNING registered in the Blaby Registration District (which includes Cosby) in Q1/1839.
